Ranarium is currently shipping Monday thru Wednesday.
Before placing an order, please ensure that your Paypal address is up to date as Ranarium will not acknowledge any packaged sent to incorrect addresses. All purchases will be processed within three business days for packing and shipping.
To track a package revert back to your Paypal account which will reflect the assigned tracking number.
Returns on Dry Goods: Item(s) must be returned within two (2) weeks from the date of purchase. The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and unopened. Upon receipt of the item, we will refund your money in the original form of payment less any applicable shipping and handling fees. To make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns on Plants: No Exchanges or Returns.
Before making your purchase, please make sure you have chosen the plant that is right for you. We provide individual pictures of each plant with comments depicting any additional information which maybe resourceful to you. Ranariums commitment is to ensure that you receive the plant you want.
Due to current Covid-19 pandemic, Ranarium will not be held responsible for delivery delays, nor does it guarantee the viability of the plants due to the handling of the plant during shipment. These are live plants and they undergo stress during shipment. This includes but not limited to dried roots, discoloration, bent petioles, drop leaves, cosmetic damages. We encourage all plant enthusiasts to have a basic understanding on how to take care for plants before placing an order.

Ranariums assurance is that every plant will be packaged with the utmost care.
During the cold months heat packs are provided in every order at no charge to our customers. If one is not required (due to plant going to warmer climates) Ranarium must be contacted before order is placed.
Any issues, other than those stated above, please contact Ranarium within 48 hours of package arrival with picture or video proof from the delivery stamped time.
Additionally, if the plant has been under your care for over 48 hours and no claim was initiated upon the arrival of your plant, please be advised that we will not be able to acknowledge any claims after the time has lapsed.
All plants will be shipped bare roots.
